Metal Detector para sa Buong Kahon ng Candy

A candy manufacturer approached us with a request to integrate a metal detector into their semi-automatic production line. According to the specifications they provided, the metal detector would be installed after the packaging machine. In their current process, workers place the candies into boxes, which are then sealed by an automatic sealing machine. The sealed boxes are transported via powered rollers to the conveyor belt of the metal detector. To ensure a smooth transition, we designed the metal detector’s conveyor belt to be at the same height as the preceding rollers, minimizing any disruption to the workflow.

One of the key advantages of our metal detector is its customizable detection tunnel, which allows it to handle both bulk materials and entire boxes of candy. This flexibility ensures that the machine can adapt to various production needs.

By the way, the type of candy packaging plays a critical role in determining the appropriate metal detector. If the candies are wrapped in aluminum foil, our standard all-metal detector—capable of detecting iron, stainless steel, and copper—can’t be used. Instead, we offer a specialized aluminum foil metal detector, which is specifically designed for products with aluminum foil packaging. This model can only detect iron, as the foil interferes with the detection of other metals.
