Checkweigher for Plastic Components
A manufacturer of plastic components approached us with a request to integrate a weighing machine into their production line. Their process involves packaging multiple plastic parts into a bag, and any deviation in the number of parts results in a weight change. The weighing machine is designed to detect these discrepancies and automatically reject any non-compliant bags.
Initially, we designed the machine based on the client’s production line height requirements, as shown in the below dimension.
However, the client later requested a change in the conveyor belt’s direction, from left-to-right to right-to-left. Our team quickly modified the design to meet the updated specifications. Since we have our own factory and professional R&D personnel, customization is easy for us.
